    Acta Republicana is an international journal presenting key intellectual analysis and research in politics and society. The journal focuses on critical, theoretical and empirical studies approaches to social and political studies. AR is particularly focused on scholarship that addresses the dynamics of power on social movements, governments, public policy, political parties, political communication, elections, institutions, elites and political actors. Article submissions can address any aspect of society and politics, but should take up questions that point to both the specificities of the object of study and the broader implications of historical conjunctures, comparative methods, political regimes, geopolitics, and/or economic forces and other pressure groups.
